These guys always make you feel like you are at a family owned store...not a franchise. The staff is great, friendly, eager to help, and know their products. I love how you can get bulk items, if you want. I also love the bulk food dispensers, if you choose to do that.
Pros: Great pricing!
Cons: None that I know of.

Great service, very clean

Love this store. Have been shopping here for 5 years. Love the fact that they allow shelters in for pet adoptions. I buy 90% of my pets supplies here. The only negative thing I can say is that prices keep going up and I know its every where but when they raise a price it not .25 its 2.00!
Pros: carry all the top names in supplies
Cons: prices keep climbing
