Eventually helpful but slow

The people here tried to help me when I requested a pet food for my rabbits that didn't seem to be in stock. I eventually got what I requested but it took 3 visits from me before they got the food in the store. Each time the staff was very polite and helpful, telling me that it would be in a few days later. After a few days I would come to get the food but it was not there. They did admit that they were a little disorganized after the store relocated and would do better in the future.
Pros: Helpful in the store which is clean and new
Cons: Had difficulties with my special request
