Petco - big selection

Lots of selection. Can find most everything. Good price. Doesn't have that mom and pop feel. Not real service oriented. Good location and lots of parking.

Pros: Lots of selection.

Cons: Big store feel, not as customer service oriented.

PetCo in Westland

Just visited this store on Monday. Tried to ask for help....too busy. Once I talked to someone I was an inconvenience. Have not had this experience at other Petco's...perhaps they were all just having a bad day......or perhaps I was an inconvenience. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. I can spend my money elsewhere, where I feel like a valued customer.

Pros: Great location...variety good.

Cons: Customer service...kinda not important
