I went there witha friend about two weeks ago. We were looking for Pestel (compressed sawdust). My friend tried to get two people to help. They were talking and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They pointed us inthe right direction, but were busy with their own conversation, which wasnt even about pets. Who cares what happened at home yesterday! My friend wrote a review, but it was removed from this site. Kinda annoying too. We never did find it...maybe they dont even carry it. We did try...and I dont understand why they couldnt walk us over there and /or look it up. Sorry we were such a bother.
Pros: Lots of products
Cons: I felt like I was bothering htem.
