The staff are clearly pet lovers and it shows. I get my dog's nails cut at the on-site groomer. He hates it and squirms wildly - but they are so nice and patient with him, he eventually calms down.

Great Pet store and people

This has been the only store I have been able to find my favorite doggie brush at: The Furminator. The other big chains don't have it and it works great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it has always been cleaned and well-stocked.
Pros: Great selection! Great staff!
Cons: A little more expensive than PetSmart
