I appreciate that this store promotes adoption. However, their employees could take better care of their rabbits which are for sale. While they do use CareFresh and feed them plain pellets, which are great steps, the rabbits are kept in an aquarium type setting which doesn't breathe well and they don't always have a fresh supply of Timothy hay (which should ALWAYS be available for a rabbit's digestive system to be healthy).
Also, I wish that this store would carry the larger size of Kaytee Timothy hay (96 oz.), not just the smaller 48 oz.
Pros: Promotes adoption, carries most products
Cons: Could take better care of their rabbits
