I get so frustrated in this store. They have very little knowledge and I've seen such horrible conditions for animals there. Not so much dirty but the places they keep them - hot, dirty sometimes and full of terrible bedding. Baby bunnies thrown in a window together - liek 20 of them. all sorts of breeds and you just don't know what sex they are always and surely these people wouldn't know how to tell.
Puppies laying in their own poo.
Birds with runny eyes.
Pros: I love the animals
Cons: They are pathetic as a store

I love this store. I find some of the most unique toys for both cats and dogs. The staff is always happy to help and informative. There is one at Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati.
