When this 1st opened I was thrilled and went there weekly. The staff was really nice to me and always called me by name and would do anything we asked. The trainers aren't always the best in the world. I only had one I cared for. They always have a different selection of collars and clothes then the other petsmart :D. Now that I moved away and everyone quit that I knew It just isn't the same though.. Still great store for everyone else! It just doesn't feel the same for me like it use to.
Pros: Huge selection of pet supples.
Cons: Nothing.

Can't beat shopping with your pet!

Nice "superstore" type environment. All kinds of things for your pets and I like that they allow rescue organizations to bring animals in to adopt out. Way to go PetsMart!
