For one I don't like the fact that they sell dogs from puppy mills & smaller animals from animal mills. The staff can be real jackasses and get defensive when you ask for proof that the dogs aren't from puppy mills. Then the man started putting down dogs in shelters! Which is SCREWED UP! That really offended me so things only got worse from there. He was the only rude one in the store though. Everyone was usually pretty nice. I do have to say they do keep their animals & their store very clean. The store doesn't smell like jacks aquarium does. If they would just stop selling puppies I'd be there all the time buying stuff. Or puppies from high kill shelters :). That'd be really cool..

This is a great store in general and the pet section is better than anticipated. I was very pleased with the cost of products here and the variety. The staff is more knowledgeable about other things in the store, but I have always gotten the help needed eventually
