Because we know what we are looking for when we go, we have never had occasion to ask staff questions, although they are indeed very courteous and helpful about locating things in the store. Our dogs love the sandwich cookie treats so we usually stock up on them when we visit, as well as get large bags of Nutro (which our local store does not seem to carry on a regular basis.) The cat supplies are excellent also (we have an older cat who is finicky about what she will eat). We get coupons for discounts in the mail, so that is helpful as well since we have 8 pets.

Also, we really appreciate that they allow a local rescue shelter to hold adoption fairs at the site.

i take sasha in for getting her nails done. they are great with her and get her to sit still when i can't. they also offer shots there and it is quick and efficient.
