Clean store, but where are the employees?

When I was there before Christmas, all I saw were the cashiers. I couldn't find any staff waiting on customers.
I love the adoption center in the store for homeless cats. Petsmart is great for helping rescue groups and shelters.

Pros: store is clean

Cons: no staff around but the cashiers
