Their selection of products is very large, and the layout of the store is very efficient. There are always people with their pets there. The staff so far have been polite and helpful. They encourage adoption first, over purchasing pets.

Cons: a little hard to get to (the only con I could think of!)

This is a great store to shop in. They are very friendly and help with any questions you have. They have an abundance of products and services. Loved the store.
