The Humane Society has a selection of leashes and collars, some treats and a sampling of other goodies for your starter kit, assuming you have just adopted an animal there.
The leash I bought for Savannah did not last as long as I would have wished: it busted apart one day as she was taking me for a walk not long after I had brought her home.
Pros: Merchandise easily accessible
Cons: Maybe not the highest quality
