I took my dog there for the first time
yesterday. I was impressed with the large selection of animals available but a bit unhappy with the end result of his grooming. My dog has a very long coat and I wanted it shorter for summer, when I got him back he had been shaven. He still looks good (although completely different) so I didn't really mind. However, I noticed is morning he was scratching a lot and I discovered he had fleas, which he did not have when I left him there. I called and the woman on the phone was a bit snippy, but did offer to give him a flea dip. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I am disappointed to find my pup with fleas

Pros: Large selection, opens early for grooming appointments

Cons: Fleas, manners

Susan I love it !! All your workers are SUPER nice I love them they help you no matter what the needs are and thats why we come in there and browse for my collie mix for toys :) but we love the puppies and are going to purchase the Boston Terrier :)

Pros: Clean Nice Staff all animals are clean and taken care of

Cons: parking lot but its worth it :)
