I have been impressed with the helpfulness of the Petsmart staff. We have shopped at higher priced pet supply stores in order to take advantage of staff knowledge, but Petmart's staff has been just as knowledgeable.
Pros: Helpful staff; reasonable prices
Cons: Missing our dog food brand
