I shop at Sam's for bulk items and sometimes can find litter there. I wish they had a larger variety of litters though
Pros: good clean store with good customer service

Sam's Club is a great place to get large bags of dog of cat food, large containers of cat litter, etc. Prices are pretty good and the store is always clean.
Pros: clean store with variety of pet products
Cons: staff not always able to answer questions about products
