Overall the store is pretty great selection although the prices are a little high,but its one of my favorite pet stores

Cons: sometimes it hard to find a someone who works their to help

Lots of stuff but totally unorganized

Gotta love petsmart for their selection, but man they are unorganized. I was in there last night and there was dog piss in one isle, and dog beds all over the place in another. I looked around for help for half and hour and gave up. Not good.
Pros: Lots of selection, bring your pet in
Cons: price, untidy, bad service
