Very cheap on the food. But only carries toys etc for the smaller breeds. Doesn't carry a wide variety of chemical treatment and vitamins for pets
Pros: cheap prices on foods
Cons: too limited on other items

That's it in a nutshell, PVC is clean, its staff professional and compassionate but it's a bit pricey.
