Pet Supplies Plus has the most welcoming staff. They are never annoyed to answer my million questions. They have a great varied of dog toys and they let me know which ones are the most durable for my pit/mix. The only downfall is that they are not located very close to my home, but regardless....I drive the distance for customer service that they give me.

I love this store. They have the most adorable animals to visit with. They hav e a great selection of products to choose from and the best prices I've found. I love checking out the animals for adoption from the Ten Lives Club shelter

Pets Supplies Plus is the most reasonable place to buy your pet items in Buffalo, NY area. Only thing is the closest one to our house is 18 miles away in West Seneca. They need a store in the farther southtowns.
