Awful!

There is a new Petsmart in the area, but it wasn't open for business yet. So I found this place. What a mistake! It smells awful in there, it's dark, and I'm not sure the staff even likes animals; let alone know how to take care of them.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: Where do I begin?
