We had alot of items that we bought at another Petsmart because this one was not open yet. When our dog pasted away we went to this pet smart to see if we could return the items there. The cashier called for the store manager and he did not have a problem with our returns even when some of the items did not come up in his store he still took them and gave us credit. If and when we are to get another dog this is the store that I will be shopping at.
