I walk into the store, Ned, the owner smiles calls me by name, asks about my dog then wants to know if I need "the regular" Large bag of Innova Lg Breed dog food. He then grabs the bag and walks with e out to the car...all his staff are this way. A good resource of information. The store will babysit small animals during vacations ( rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds ect...). We are lucky to have this store locally. It doesn't have the selection of a large pet store, but the service outweighs that.
