I love that I can go in there and always find someone to help. I don't like some of what they sell for small animals. I do love that they were so helpful when it came to finding everything the vet recomended for my Skink.

Pros: Helpful, Friendly, Care about animals

Cons: Some of what they sell is not the best

I will still buy food and such from them but please be informed about the fish you want to buy. Check the tanks for dead fish. If you see any that means that the whole tank could be contaminated. I had that happen to me and yes they will give you a new fish within a certain amout of time but I would rather not have to go through the hassle.

Pros: Products are good

Cons: Dead fish in tanks
