My review is based solely on a one time experience. . .There was a dog at the shelter that was severely matted she was a cocker spaniel and the shelter named her Lady. She was a stray so the shelter had to have a Veterinarian state that it was a health issue if she didn't receive the grooming right away. The shelter called Pooch's Paradise and in that same day they got Lady in for her grooming. She was amazing to look at afterwards the difference was spectacular. Instead of a matted, dirty, lethargic dog we all saw the beautiful and lovely Lady that she was always meant to be. They did a wonderful job and didn't even charge the shelter for the fee. Two thumbs up for Pooch's Paradise for their wonderful hearts.
