Zithromax is a good antibiotic that treats a broad spectrum of infections, especially respiratory infections. It works well and thoroughly, and helps animals to feel better more quickly. As with all antibiotics, it works best if the whole prescription is finished, regardless of whether or not symptoms disappear before the medicine runs out. All of the pills should be given, as prescribed by the doctor.
