We have Purell placed out in the shelter and in the medical room and office
Pros: Works really well when away from a sink
Cons: Purell really drys out your hands

I really don't know how we survived all these years without Purell hand sanitzer. It sure would have saved a lot of trips to the bathrooms with our parents way back when.
