Our guinea pigs really love pears & we give it to the hamster too. I always give them a pear that isnt super ripe, it's better for it to be firm rather then soft and juicy because it can get rather messy that way. Remember to remove any uneaten fruit after a few hours and to wash the fruit in soapy water to remove chemical residues
