Great place for low cost spay/neuter

I had three feral cats (mama and two babies) spayed/neutered here with the help of Cat Welfare Association (shout out!). The mama was about as feral as you can get. Apparently at one point she got loose in a room and scratched up the vet tech pretty bad. When I came to pick them up I noticed the scratches and the vet tech told me mama did it but she wasn't even mad about it. They took great care w/these very wild (at the time) cats. And they helped me ensure mama wouldn't be coming back w/kittens in tow.
