I never got the chance to go to Master Boarding Kennels because while I was trying to set up an appointment to come in to take a look at the place I came into some very rude customer service. At the time I was looking to send my dog to their doggy boot camp, and I wanted to take a look that the building before hand. The lady was rude and was making me feel uncomfortable!!
If Im going to be sending my dog away to their boarding kennels, you think they would want me to come and take a look around and get comfortable with him being there, but she made it seem like it was a big deal!

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience there. I have been there many times and have never had that problem. Maybe she was just having a off day. You may want to give them a second chance. A friend of mine took her dog there for agility classes and they wanted to make some of the equipment to use at home she called there and they even let them go there and measure their equipment to so they could make it themselves
