This is the only place I will board my pets.

I have taken my pet to this facility for a long time and have never been disappointed. My pet gets great care and always looks great when I get her back.

Other facilities have sent her back with dry skin and smelly. Imperial NEVER sends her back like that. We are allowed to bring her bed and toys.

Pros: Close, good care, clean; caring staff

Cons: only open short time on Sundays

DR BATES IS JUST WONDERFUL. HE HAS DONE SURGERY ON 3 OF MY PETS, AND THEY HAVE ALL DONE WONDERFULLY. HE IS SO KIND AND GENTLE AND SEEMS TRULY CONCERNED. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL OF MY CLIENTS...WHO DON'T HAVE A VET.
