Caring staff

The staff know my animals because there isn't too much staff turnover. The animals are in excellent condition when I pick them up.
Winding Road Kennel collaborates with the Humane Society of Parkersburg when the shelter needs additional kennels.
Pros: Friendly, caring staff
Cons: Road conditions aren't very good
