This is a very reliable and well organized service. I did speak to them and had great refs -- but in the end chose Arlington Pet Pals

Great pet sitters

I used Alexandria Pet Care to house-sit my two cats when I was out of town. The staff was great-very flexible and caring and my cats loved their sitters! They leave a note each visit saying what they did and if anything unusual occured. Prices are a little high but it's worth it to know your pet is well cared for while you're out. They also will leave lights on and take care of plants if needed. My cats were always happy with their care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cons: No physical location to drop off/pick up keys
