This is a very well-run shelter
Review Details
The online advertising is very informative, with pictures and all relevant information kept up-to-date. Phone and in-person communication is courteous and helpful. Though the place is large with many animals, the staff all seem to know the character of each one, whether they are likely to get along with other pets, etc. The animals are in separate aisles in a large, clean indoor facility. I'm not sure whether they have access to the outdoors, but they appear to be healthy and well-cared for. The dog I adopted was micro-chipped, and they changed the name and address to my own -- which was good, because he wanted to return to Wenatchee as soon as he could crash my gates. But they were correct that in all other respects he was a great dog.
