Cons: too much??
Years ago when I lived in the area I was so impressed with the night drop. I still tell everyone about the set up. I feel that if we had such a set up our park would not be full of so many strays. It is a brilliant idea. I am sure you get more animals this way, and not as much animals. But, I am sure the strays have to be way less. In fact I know when I lived down there I never remember a stray problem.

The Placer SPCA actually does not have a "night drop." We accept stray animals from the city of Roseville during our regular business hours.
