Review Details
My Dad died and two of my dogs within a couple of weeks. My Dad and one of my dogs was expected. The other dog was accidental death because we were taking care of a stray dog and find a home for it .....it is a very long story.
Needless to say I think they played on my heart strings a little when I went in to see what they had to offer. I had a couple visits. I picked an older dog because I wanted the calmness of an older dog. I took our Queensland to visit this dog to make sure they got along, and they did. The women at the shelter kept telling me that we could bring the dog back if there was any problem. We took the dog home and after a couple of weeks the experience just became progressively worse. I called to return the dog and no one could help us. We were told we needed to take the dog to training before we could return it. Then they told us they did not have a spot for the dog. After another month of going back and forth they finally did take the dog back. Oh and they had never even considered giving us the $185.00 we had paid them for the dog. It was a nightmare!
