We adopted Cooper from here--it was the cleanest, most well-maintained shelter I've ever been to. The adoption counselor was right on the nose when she suggested him--we weren't even considering him and she kept saying he was exactly what we were looking for (based on our interview and questionaire) and she was right. In fact, I was so inspired that I signed up to volunteer there. I am going to my orientation training at the end of October, in fact.
