Pros: Caring staff, clean environment, many helpful services
Cons: always a need for more
The Arizona Humane Society has been in existance for 50 years. The caring staff and volunteers make life a little more comfortable for animals in the shelter. Their goal is to place healthy, adoptable animals into loving homes and I think they do a wonderful job of it. They make many hard decisions in a difficult environment and do it with loving hands.
I believe if you are looking for a new addition to your family this shelter would be a great place to go. You just might find your next snuggle puppy there (or kitty, or rabbit, or packet pet, etc.).
