Pros: Always trying to improve their shelter
Cons: High turn over in some depts
I have work with this shelter for many years as a volunteer, rescue member and even for a short time as an employee. I know first hand how hard it is to work there and can say from my experience that the people who have stuck with it are there for the animals and are always looking for better ways to do that.
