Cons: Not enough local support, it seems
Visiting my in-laws in Denver, we went down to Colorado Springs. We made a quick visit to this place. I liked it; my impression is that the Colorado Springs area is burgeoning with population.
That means that more shelters and help are needed.
This Humane Society is doing its best for such a populated area.
