Pros: Wonderful caring people (and pets!)
Cons: need more room, updated facilities
This wonderful group of people accomplish much with their limited resources. Imagine what they could accomplish with even more resources and better facilities! I have been very pleased every time I have visited the shelter. It is always clean and the animals are well cared for. It is obvious that the staff really care about the animals and that they go out of their way to do the most with what they have. It is very heartening to see that people really do care about the plight of unwanted pets. Every pet that they save, and every family that has adopted one of these pets, have been blessed by the work accomplished at Altus Animal Aid.
