Pros: Wonderful pets

Cons: No room to socialize with potential pet

I got both Lil Bit, as well as Luke, from this shelter.

Both are great animals.

For a small adoption fee you get the first set of shots, spay/castration, dewormed, and tested for certain things, and microchiped.

They also give you a puppy/kitten pack with a few goodies and informative pamphlets inside.

The only thing I wished was different was that we were able to take Luke to a room to see how he responded to us. When asked, all we were allowed to do was hold him. Not really a good way to determine whether or not the animal will be a good addition to the family.

All in all it's a wonderful place to save an animal from.
