The Quincy Humane Society is a great place to adopt animals. I recently adopted my kitten from them and had a very happy experience. My kitty was a sick kitty because she has a very sensitive immune system. After adopting her, the Human Society had no obligation to help me any further, but they did. They could have pushed me off to a vet, but they didn't. They were quite willing to answer my paranoid questions and never made me feel as if I were being silly or bothering them.
I am also a volunteer for The Quincy Humane Society. They treat their volunteers with such respect. I wouldn't dream of ever bringing home a new pet from anywhere else!
