These folks totally know their birds and make sure they get the very best of everything. Very dedicated bird people. It's just sad that parrots, cockatoos, and other amazingly intelligent and long-lived birds are acquired by people who are not prepared for the decades of dedicated care required when you decide you want one of these very demanding animals as a pet. People need to do their research before they take another living being into their lives.
