Great Rescue, Great Boarding
Pros: Bend over backwards to keep birds safe and healthy
Cons: Very selective about who may adopt birds - if you consider that a con!

I am a volunteer with the Refuge, so this is absolutely a biased review. But I can attest to the fact that the Refuge works very hard to care for, and find the best possible homes for its adoptable residents. We get to know parrots as individuals and try to understand what makes them most happy and comfortable.
That isn't easy to do when you are trying to get everyone clean and fed!
I adopted my African Grey from the Refuge two years ago. As I am writing, I my house is being painted, so she is boarding at the Refuge. Because the Refuge has very high standards for veterinary testing of boarders and residents, I am not at all worried that she will catch something from the other birds.
I am grateful to have found the Refuge, for both the volunteer experience and finding my parrot companion!
