Review Details

Contented Critters, a non-kill shelter, services a wide, very rural area, takes-in all animals (including farm animals) and does outreach work (including SNAP) all over the community. Located at a private residence, run by volunteers that also make house calls, depending mainly on private donations and the proceeds from a not-for profit thrift store Contented Critters has some cleanliness issues and clutter.

I think that what they really need is this makeover. It may be a little messy, but it is a shelter that cares about pets, and that is number one to me. With such a small budget and little staff, I feel that they have done a tremendous job.

You think they're messy?
Lets see you do a better job on keeping all those kennels clean and pets fed and healthy.
There is no issue with cleanliness, my dear.
Maybe you should make your opinions educated ones before you feel you're of any good to the zootoo community.
