We have adopted and loved several wonderful animals here over the past couple decades, each giving us many happy years. But last year suddenly we were in a situation we had never had to face before. We had to surrender a very beloved dog we had had for 3 yrs. It was devastating,and in addition to the other stresses that led to this, the guilt and grieving were enormous. But the new manager was respectful, wonderfully supportive, and compassionate. Our beloved dog was placed with a new family where he is very happy, very quickly, and we are more grateful for this facility than we have ever been!! We recommend this shelter to everyone we know, and will always adopt here when we can.
