Pros: Great staff

Cons: Needs more room

It is such a pleasure to be able to volunteer at the DRHS. The staff does a great job caring for animals and educating prospective adopters. They all care about each animal. The off-site adoption center has added to community awareness of the numbers and needs of unwanted animals, as well as the variety of programs and services offerred by the DRHS.

So many critters get a new chance at life from the caring, enthusiatic staff at DRHS. so much more could be done with a new shelter, so don't give up!
