This shelter needs help!

This place needs some serious help. Its a dump, stinks and the animals are kept in small cages that aren't clean. These animals are frightened and scared and most are put down when if they tried a little bit harder, most would be adopted out. The prices are extremely high, and they don't even give them proper medical care. I bought a kitten there and when I got it, it wasn't even old enough to leave its mother! It had all sorts of problems and 100's of dollars later at the vet, it is now in perfect health. I just wish someone would realize how horrible this shelter is.
