Pros: Very knowledgeable, animal care.
Cons: need more money!!! too many animals that need homes!
IHR gives everything that they have to the animals, and will do whatever it takes to help those that are in their care. They have benefited the state, and the equine community as a whole with their work and research. These people are altogether great people that deserve deep respect for what they do!!!!! They truely care about every animal!
