I have visited the HSGD several times. And each time, I was always greeted with kindness. I know there are times when staff can get very busy and forgot their manners. But I also work in a shelter, so I know the stress they are under.
The Shelter is clean and the animals are well cared for. And they are always full. Which is sad but goes to show, we all need to spay/neuter our pets.
